在经济发展新常态下,大庆市如何利用现有环境推行全民创业,成为其加快资源型城市转型、优化产业结构的一大策略。本文就现有投资、创业环境及政策进行新常态下大庆市全民创业环境的调查,明确其目前创业环境的总体水平,利用SPSS等统计软件对调查资料进行分析,找出新常态下大庆市全民创业环境中存在的主要问题,并有针对性提出优化其全民创业环境的具体对策,以促进大庆市全民创业活动的开展。
In the new normal economic development, Daqing City, how to use the existing environment to promote universal entrepreneurship, has become its strategy to speed up the transformation of resource-based cities and optimize the industrial structure.
