结合教学评估的要求,根据ISO质量管理这一科学理念,从体育教学改革必须以思想观念的更新为先导的基本思路出发,探讨体育教学引入IS09000:2000族标准建立新型教学质量管理体系的必要性与可行性,用系统与过程的方法对构成体育教学质量管理体系的要素进行了研究,尝试构建出新型的体育教学质量管理体系,用科学化的模式保证体育教学质量和教育管理水平的提升。
According to the requirement of teaching assessment and according to the scientific concept of ISO quality management, starting from the basic train of thought that the teaching reform should be based on the renewal of ideology, this paper discusses the necessity of establishing a new teaching quality management system by introducing IS09000: 2000 standard into physical education teaching. And the feasibility of using the method of system and process to constitute the elements of physical education teaching quality management system, try to build a new type of physical education teaching quality management system, with a scientific model to ensure the quality of physical education and education management level.
