旅行之中,读了《人民日报》有关“郭兴福教学方法”的报导、通讯和社论,深有感受,爰记一二于此。郭兴福是南京部队的一个连长,他通过自己的实践,摸索出一套扎实实的的军事训练的教学方法。郭兴福的教学方法,比较完整,比较系统,比较成熟,它不单是一个军事训练的问题,还包括政治思想工作的问题、作风问题、群众路线问题,等等。概括起来,他的这个教学方法的主要特点是:抓好活思想,提高自觉性,使部队带着阶级仇恨练兵,带着敌情观念练兵,带着保卫祖国的任务练兵,带着问题练兵;发扬军事民主,集中群众智慧,谁的意见对,就采纳谁的意见,谁的技术好,成推举谁作示范,不仅互相当学生,而且互相当先生;干部以身作则,带头苦练,练就一身硬本领,不但会讲,而且会做;严格要求,耐心说服,对一切战术和技术训练讲究质量,一丝不苟,同时又采取表扬为主、启
