蚊单次叮咬,其体内的感染性幼虫(L3)并不能全部逸出,而逸出的L3也不能全部进入终宿主组织内。因此,用解剖捕获叮咬或即将叮咬的蚊所获得的L3数未能准确评估丝虫病的传播强度。尚未对媒介体内的L3数对L3逸出并进入终宿主组织内的影响及如何影响等作详细的研究。本研究旨在评估班氏丝虫L3在致倦库蚊和冈比亚按蚊体内的解剖分布及查明这些分布对L3在叮咬过程中逸出的影响。
Single mosquito bite, the body of infectious larvae (L3) and can not all escape, and escape of L3 can not all enter the final host tissue. Therefore, the number of L3s obtained by anatomically capturing bites or mosquitoes that are about to bite does not accurately assess the spread of filariasis. No detailed studies have been conducted on the effect of the L3 number on the L3 excretion into the host organism and how it is effected. The aim of this study was to evaluate the anatomical distribution of B. bancrofti L3 in Culex quinquefasciatus and Anopheles gambiae and to determine the effect of these distributions on the escape of L3 during bite.
