开展综合配套改革试验,是省委、省政府为加快推进改革攻坚步伐作出的重大战略部署。自去年我市被确定为民营经济创新发展综合配套改革试点区以来,在省委、省政府的正确领导和省发展改革委等省级有关部门的精心指导下,我市积极围绕省委“两创”总战略和“三个台州”战略,进一步加强组织领导,完善工作机制,狠抓改革试点项目,着力破解制约民营经济发展的体制机制障碍,积极应对全球金融危机带来的各种严峻挑战,改革试点工作在一些重点领域取得了新的突破。
