作者在多年的语文教学中发现,有些语文教师的教学越来越处于一种被动僵化的状态。不仅不知道如何从这种困境中走出来,反而抱怨学生笨,反应慢,不配合老师。其实这些都是老师们逃避创新的借口。俗话说的好:“没有教不好的学生,只有教不好的老师。”语文教学是科学和艺术的结合,如果不讲究教学艺术,学生上课的兴趣就会减半,剩下的一半科学知识,学生只能僵化地接受。所以,老师引导时至关重要。
