通过研究预应变量3%的两种FeMnSi合金形状恢复量与ε-马氏体量随温度的变化,发现ε-马氏体在晶体中存在能量分布,使之在450℃回火不能完全逆转变,同时发现应变合金中储存弹性内应力,使材料在As~Af温度区间的膨胀与收缩系数不同。
By studying the shape recovery and ε-martensite volume recovery of two kinds of FeMnSi alloys with 3% of pre-strain, the energy distribution of ε-martensite in the crystal is found, so that it can not completely reverse the tempering at 450 ℃ In the same time, it is found that the elastic internal stress in the strainable alloy is different from that in the As ~ Af temperature range.
