中共湖南省委组织部对省内100家国有大中型企业党建工作的情况进行了调查。通过调查,总结了几年来国有企业党建工作的经验,分析了存在的问题及其原因,提出了在建立现代企业制度过程中进一步加强和改进国有企业党建工作的意见。课题报告完成以后,引起了中央领导同志的高度重视,江泽民、胡锦涛等领导同志对报告作了重要批示。本刊现登载该课题报告的主要部分,以飨读者。
The CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Organization Department conducted an investigation on the party building in 100 state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in the province. Through the investigation, the author summarizes the experience of party building in state-owned enterprises over the past few years, analyzes the existing problems and their causes, and puts forward the opinions on further strengthening and improving the party building in state-owned enterprises in the process of establishing a modern enterprise system. After the completion of the project report, it aroused the great attention of the central leading comrades. Leaders like Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao made important instructions on the report. This issue of the publication of the main part of the report to readers.
