The Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government issued a reply a few days ago, agreeing in principle to the “Overall Plan for Urban Groups in Huzhou City,” stating clearly that the overall planning of the towns in the urban area is based on the urban population size and construction determined by the “Urban Plan for the Urban Groups in Huzhou City”. Land use standards, urban land development direction, infrastructure layout and other principles and requirements. Huzhou City is located in the northern part of Zhejiang Province, on the south bank of Taihu Lake and in the north of Jiangsu Province. The urban area has a total land area of 1566 square kilometers and 24 established towns with a density of 1.6/100 square meters.
