森林资源作为资产被社会认同后,其资产价值的评价便活跃起来。近些年,对森林资源资产价值的评价有过一些评价方法,但是尚不统一,尤其是对区域性森林资源资产价值的评价还比较少。基于此种情况,采用层次分析法为研究方法,对黑龙江省森工林区森林资源资产的社会价值进行评价,得出此区域森林资源资产社会价值所属的区间档次,并指明今后的发展方向。
After forest resources are recognized as social assets, the evaluation of the value of their assets becomes active. In recent years, there have been some evaluation methods for the evaluation of the value of forest resources assets, but they are not yet unified. In particular, the evaluation of the value of regional forest resources assets is still relatively small. Based on this situation, the analytic hierarchy process is used as the research method to evaluate the social value of forest resources assets in Heilongjiang Forest Industry Forest Region. The grade of the social value of forest resources assets in this region is obtained and the future development direction is pointed out.
