固定相研究是HPLC技术发展的重要内容,本工作用扫描电子显微技术对用包夹共聚法和分层迭加聚合法制备的硅基HPLC固定相形貌进行观察,考察了胺类阴离子交换剂合成条件对固定相形貌的影响,以及丙烯酸酯类固定相有机物覆盖的均匀性,为HPLC固定相的合成和表征提供了有效的研究方法。
