为满足碳纤维生产控温精度高、升温速率快、气体流量控制准确和纤维牵伸率调节灵活方便的要求,对新型碳纤维用流态化预氧化炉试验线进行了计算机控制,采用了分布式控制系统,并根据碳纤维生产工艺要求,对流态化预氧炉进行了性能测试。结果表明:流态化气体流量控制准确,流化炉升温速度快,保温阶段温度波动小,控温精度高,达到了实验要求。
In order to meet the requirements of high precision temperature control, fast heating rate, accurate gas flow control and flexible and convenient fiber draft rate adjustment, a new type of carbon fiber fluidized pre-oxidation furnace test line was computer controlled and distributed control System, and according to the requirements of carbon fiber production process, the performance of the fluidized pre-oxidation furnace performance test. The results show that the fluidized gas flow rate control is accurate, the temperature of the fluidized bed furnace rises fast, the temperature fluctuation during the insulation phase is small, and the temperature control precision is high, which meets the experimental requirements.
