糖尿病是由于体内胰岛素不足而引起糖、脂肪和蛋白质代谢紊乱的疾病。其主要特点是高血糖及糖尿。我们设想糖尿病时机体糖代谢紊乱除表现在血糖、尿糖含量升高外,泪液中糖含量也应有所变化。为此我们对20名糖尿病患者和10名正常人进行了泪液糖含量测定。结果证明:糖尿病患者血糖升高时,泪液糖含量也随之升高,与对照组比较差异显著。目前作者尚未见相同文献报道。
Diabetes mellitus is a disease that causes disorder of sugar, fat and protein metabolism due to insufficient insulin in the body. Its main features are high blood sugar and diabetes. We assume that the body’s sugar metabolism disorders in diabetes in addition to performance in the blood sugar, urine sugar levels, the sugar content of tears should also be changed. To this end, we conducted a tear saccharide assay on 20 diabetic patients and 10 normal subjects. The results show that: diabetic patients with elevated blood sugar, tear sugar content also increased, compared with the control group significant difference. The authors have not yet seen the same literature.
