伴随着改革开放的不断深入,乡镇企业正在迅速的发展起来。但由于现行管理工作的不够完善,因此,目前乡镇企业劳动卫生职业病防治工作中存在着一些亟待解决的问题。我们对此做了初步探讨。1 乡镇企业劳动卫生监督工作中存在的问题1.1 动劳卫生管理体制不适应新形势发展的需要县级卫生防疫站一般只在卫生科内设一个人兼管乡镇企业劳动卫生工作,人员素质较低,难以对乡镇企业实施有效的劳动卫生监督。劳卫监督工作人员待遇较低,影响了劳动卫生监督队伍的稳定。劳卫监督工作是一项综合治理工作,然而,随着商品经济的发展,各个部门的协调关系在一定程度上变为经济合作关系,协调难度加大。目前,90％以上乡镇企业建设项目的审批不经卫生监督部门审核、验收,劳动卫生监督失控。
