针对沿海地区桥梁结构实际服役情况,开展了盐雾环境下弯曲疲劳损伤混凝土的氯离子侵蚀试验研究.研究结果表明:弯曲疲劳荷载对混凝土造成损伤,劣化了混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能.氯离子在混凝土中的扩散系数随疲劳损伤变量的增加而增大,并且氯离子在弯曲疲劳受拉区的扩散系数大于受压区.最后引入疲劳荷载影响系数反映疲劳损伤对氯离子扩散系数的影响,拟合得到疲劳荷载影响系数与损伤变量的关系式,为沿海地区桥梁混凝土结构的耐久性研究提供参考.
According to the actual service conditions of bridge structure in coastal area, the chloride ion erosion test of concrete with bending fatigue under salt spray environment is carried out. The results show that the bending fatigue load damages the concrete and deteriorates the chloride resistance of concrete. The diffusion coefficient in concrete increases with the increase of fatigue damage variables, and the diffusion coefficient of chloride ions in flexural fatigue tension zone is larger than that in compression zone. Finally, the fatigue load influence coefficient is introduced to reflect the effect of fatigue damage on chloride diffusion coefficient. The relationship between fatigue load influence coefficient and damage variables is obtained, which provides references for the research on the durability of bridge concrete structures in coastal areas.
