拌种双是由拌种灵和福美双复合配制而成的一种高效、低毒、内吸的新型杀菌剂。其毒性试验结果:大鼠口服LD_(50)=817毫克/公斤(640—1250毫克/公斤);大鼠急性皮肤LD_(60)>3200毫克/公斤,当剂量为125毫克/公斤(大鼠)、100毫克/公斤(小鼠)时不致畸。亚急性无作用剂量为200ppm。 我厂自1978年投产以来,已在麦类、棉花、麻类、西瓜上进行了广泛的试验应用。经观察发现,拌种双对防治麦类黑穗病,棉花、麻类炭疽病、立枯病,西瓜炭疽病等均有良好效果。现在就麻类上的应用情况初报如下。
