门诊输液室患者流动性大,病种复杂,是医院感染的高危科室之一。发生医院感染不但会增加患者和医院的经济负担,还给患者带来极大的痛苦,也是发生医疗纠纷的焦点之一。因此,加强医院感染控制,实行规范化管理,是降低医院感染率的有效手段。近几年来,我院为控制门诊输液室的医院感染,采取了一系列切实可行的措施,取得了良好的效果。
Outpatient infusion room patients with large mobility, the complexity of the disease, is one of the high-risk department of hospital infection. Hospital infection will not only increase the financial burden on patients and hospitals, but also bring great suffering to patients, but also one of the focus of medical disputes. Therefore, strengthening hospital infection control and implementing standardized management are effective measures to reduce the rate of nosocomial infections. In recent years, our hospital for the control of outpatient infusion room hospital infection, has taken a series of practical measures and achieved good results.
