The subjects were divided into two groups: 10 girls in sports department (hereinafter referred to as sports group) and 10 girls in ordinary university (hereinafter referred to as ordinary group). Respectively test the quantitative load before, immediately after exercise and recovery of 1 hour red blood cell immune indicators. The results showed that: (1) The RBC · C3bRR activity in both groups increased obviously and decreased in recovery stage, but remained high in recovery stage; (2) ICR of general group was less affected by the load, Lower and higher after loading, which formed a curve crossing with the normal group. (3) After exercise, the RFER increased significantly while the normal group did not change significantly. (4) The resting value of RFIR in the exercise group was significantly lower than that in the normal group and continued to decrease after the load. After loading and recovery period were significantly different from the normal group.
