1临床资料患者,男,34岁,2013年2月26日因肛门内塞入异物3h就诊。3h前患者不慎将异物塞入肛门内,1h后自觉肛门胀痛不适,采取倒立、蹲厕、跑跳等措施不能排出,在朋友协助下亦不能将异物取出,肛门胀痛,伴有轻度左侧腹痛,遂来我院肛肠外科门诊救治。患者既往体健,无类似病史,否认有肝炎、结核等传染病史，无外伤、手术史，无药物过敏史，无输血史等。
