党的群众路线教育实践活动是党的十八大之后,以习近平为总书记的党中央作出的一项重大战略部署,这对改进干部作风,密切群众关系具有及其重要意义。“一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去”的群众路线是党的思想政治工作的灵魂,也是做好企业员工思想政治工作的生命线。如何把党的群众路线落实到企业的员工思想政治工作中,是当前企业思想政治工作的一项迫切任务。企业员工思想政治工作只有坚持走群众路线,才能真正树立“全心全意依靠员工办企业”的意识,才能体现员工在企业中的主人翁地位,才能促进企业健康快速发展。
The Party’s mass line education practice is a major strategic plan made by the Central Party Committee with Xi Jinping as general secretary after the 18th CPC National Congress. It is of great significance to improving the cadre’s work style and the close relations among the masses. The mass line of “all for the masses, all depending on the masses, coming from the masses and going among the masses” is the soul of the party’s ideological and political work as well as the lifeline for doing a good job in the ideological and political work of employees. How to carry out the party’s mass line into the ideological and political work of the employees in enterprises is an urgent task for the current ideological and political work in enterprises. Only when employees ideological and political work adhere to the mass line can they truly establish their awareness of “wholeheartedly relying on employees to run enterprises” in order to reflect their own position in the enterprise and promote their healthy and rapid development.
