省纪委第四次全体会议提出,2001年全省党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的总体要求是:以邓小平理论和江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要思想为指导,深入贯彻党的十五大、十五届五中全会和中央纪委五次全会及省委九届三次全会精神,紧紧围绕西部大开发战略的实施,深化反腐败三项工作,抓源治本,加大力度,强化责任,狠抓落实,推动党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争向纵深发展,为实现“十五”计划的良好开局提供政治保证。第一,进一步规范领导干部的从政行为,切实落实领导干部廉洁自律的有关规定。1.认真落实中央纪委关于2001年首先在省级现职领导干部中实行家庭财产报告制度的规定。2.领导
