扩大文化消费,实施“文化惠民”工程,是推进宁夏文化事业和文化产业发展大繁荣,不断满足人民群众精神文化需求的重要举措。本文结合宁夏实际,就宁夏文化产业发展现状、发展路径进行了思考。
