随着我国经济发展进入新常态,能源需求增速放缓,环保越来越严格,水电属于清洁能源是国家鼓励发展行业。当前,与国民经济紧密相关,水电行业也进入了新常态,既要坚持有序开发,又要严控水电投资,运行好、管理好电厂才能提高效益、健康发展。完善水电工程建设对维护水电资源的合理有效利用具有现实的意义,进一步强化水电工程财务管理工作势在必行。基于此,本文分析了在水电工程财务管理过程中出现的问题,并提出了科学化管理措施,希望能够促进水电工程的财务管理。
As China’s economy develops into a new normal, the growth of energy demand slows down and environmental protection is more and more stringent. Hydropower belongs to clean energy and the state encourages the development of industries. At present, closely related to the national economy, the hydropower industry has also entered a new normal. We must insist on orderly development while strictly controlling investment in hydropower. With good operation and good power plant management, we can enhance efficiency and develop healthily. It is of practical significance to improve the construction of hydropower projects in order to maintain the rational and effective utilization of hydropower resources. It is imperative to further strengthen the financial management of hydropower projects. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems in the financial management of hydropower projects and puts forward scientific management measures, hoping to promote the financial management of hydropower projects.
