本文介绍了双波长分光光度法和分光光度法测定增效黄连素胶囊中甲氧苄氨嘧啶和盐酸黄连素含量的原理及测定方法。平均回收率分别为99.67±1.23(甲氧苄氨嘧啶)和101.8±0.349(盐酸黄连素)。该法是较理想的测定方法,速度快,结果准确,尤其适用于成批样品的分析。
In this paper, the principles and determination methods of double wavelength spectrophotometry and spectrophotometry for the determination of trimethoprim and berberine hydrochloride in buprenorphine capsules were introduced. The average recoveries were 99.67 ± 1.23 (trimethoprim) and 101.8 ± 0.349 (berberine hydrochloride), respectively. This method is an ideal method for determination, which is fast and accurate. It is especially suitable for the analysis of batch samples.
