初均速法考察维生素B_2水溶液稳定性

采用初均速法考察维生素Ｂ２水溶液稳定性，求得ｔ２０℃０．９为６．９４ｈ，与经典恒温法文献值６．５９ｈ［１］相接近。而本法操作省时简便，重现性好，便于在实际工作中采用。

The stability of vitamin B2 aqueous solution was investigated by means of the average initial velocity method. The value of t20 ℃ 0.9 was 6.94h, close to that of classical thermostat method 6.59h [1]. The method of saving time and simple, reproducible, easy to use in the actual work.
