高速公路是国家的基础设施,也是衡量一个国家现代化水平的重要标志之一。当前,高速公路维修养护的管理与发展,正处在一个不断探索和演变的阶段。如何根据高速公路养护管理的现状,突出高速公路养护管理中的作用,真正实现既保证养护维修质量、又减少养护成本支出的目标,是一个值得研究和探讨的课题。
The expressway is the country’s infrastructure as well as one of the most important symbols of the modernization of a country. At present, the management and development of expressway maintenance and repair are at a stage of constant exploration and evolution. How to highlight the function of expressway maintenance and management according to the status quo of expressway maintenance and management, and truly achieve the goal of ensuring the quality of maintenance and repair while reducing the cost of maintenance is a topic that deserves research and discussion.
