作为减少车辆二氧化碳排放的一种手段,减轻零件的质量显得越来越重要。介绍一种新开发的、具有高耐疲劳强度的新铸铝材料,以进一步减轻活塞质量。应用能形成均质显微结构的开发理念实现了这一目标,在这种材料结构中,添加了钛以生成细微组织,同时添加了适量的铁和锰,以形成一种具有良好高温稳定性的化合物。用这种新开发材料制造的活塞样品所做的试验显示,该材料的强度比传统材料的提高了14%,因而能提高发动机功率,并减轻活塞质量。
As a means of reducing carbon dioxide emissions from vehicles, reducing the quality of parts becomes more and more important. A newly developed new cast aluminum with high fatigue strength is introduced to further reduce piston quality. This is achieved by the application of a development concept that forms homogeneous microstructures in which titanium is added to create microstructures and an appropriate amount of iron and manganese are added to form a composite with good high temperature stability compound of. Testing of piston samples made with this newly developed material showed that the strength of the material was increased by 14% over conventional materials, thus improving engine power and reducing piston mass.
