以半纤维素抽提液为主要原料,通过添加玉米淀粉、CMC、PVA等不同的增强剂,制备出半纤维素膜材料,探讨了不同增强剂对膜力学性能的影响,确定PVA为优选的膜增强剂;并研究了PVA的添加量对半纤维素膜的力学性能影响,确定最佳的PVA添加量为30%(相对于溶液中所含半纤维素的质量比);最后对制得的膜初步进行了SEM形态表征及FT-IR表征,结果表明膜材料表面光滑、结构致密,且各成分间主要为物理结合,并没有发生化学反应。
Using hemicellulose extract as the main raw material, hemicellulose membrane materials were prepared by adding different additives such as corn starch, CMC and PVA, and the effects of different enhancers on the mechanical properties of the membrane were discussed. PVA was the best choice The effects of the amount of PVA added on the mechanical properties of the hemicellulose membrane were investigated. The optimal PVA content was 30% (relative to the mass ratio of hemicellulose contained in the solution). Finally, The SEM images of the films were characterized by SEM and FT-IR. The results showed that the surface of the films was smooth and dense, and the components were mainly physically bound without any chemical reaction.
