我院从1975年8月至1987年8月,共收治异位妊娠病人202例,现就异位妊娠的诊断及误诊作一回顾性分析。 临床资料 我院自1975年8月至1987年8月产科住院分娩9668例,同期内异位妊娠202例,占住院分娩总数的2％。经手术证实者200例,误诊16例。 一、年龄21～43岁,以26～30岁居多(40.1％)。 二、症状与体征 202例中197(97.5％)例有不同程度腹痛,大部分伴有下坠与便意
