随着香菇等木生食用菌生产的迅速发展,“林菌”矛盾日益突出,寻找和开发生产食用菌的新原料是当前国内外普遍关注的问题。为了既保护森林资源,又搞好食用菌的生产开发,以取得更大的社会效益和生态效益,从当地可供开发利用的资源为着眼点,笔者于1996年开始,设计了开发利用梨枝屑栽培木生食用菌的研究课题。首先从梨枝屑栽培毛木耳与茶树菇入手进行小试,并取得了成功。现将试验情况初报如下:
