本文用有限单元法不仅较准确地计算出标准剃齿刀和迭片剃齿刀在剃齿过程中刀齿的位移值(即变形量),特别重要的是用此法可以计算出沿全齿高的变形分布情况。从计算得知两种刀齿在同样载荷(切削力)作用下,迭片剃齿刀的刀齿刚度较标准刀齿的大3~4倍;迭片刀齿的变形分布乃由齿顶到齿根逐渐平缓地减小,而标准位刀齿的变形幅度却很大。这些结论都为进一步完善迭片剃齿刀的设计和使用提供了理论依据。
