教师,是一个特殊的职业,面对的是特殊的群体,从事的是特殊的工作——传道授业。特别是班主任,是学生各项活动的领头人,班主任的言行将直接决定一个班级的班风、学风。吉尔·哈德婓尔德在《课堂活力》一书中说:“班级里可能充满了欢乐、友谊、合作和渴望,也可能是沉默、不快、矛盾和敌意。”班主任是“自由精神、独立人格”的保护神。现代的班主任不再是高高在上的绝对权威,而应该是学生学习的合作者、生活的朋友。班主任应努力营造出一种轻松愉快的育人环境,千万别让学生对你产生敌意,因为这样会很不利于开展班级工作。但是,人非圣贤,面对那些无理取闹、无理顶撞的学生,有些班主任会怒不可遏。但发怒不利于教育,自然也难于形成好的班风,所以,班主任必须学会制怒。
