分析了齿轮凸轮组合机构的工作原理,推导出压力角的求解式。讨论了影响压力角大小的因素,为齿轮凸轮组合机构设计参数的选择提供了依据。以压力角为优化目标,采用遗传算法对机构进行合理优化。
The working principle of gear cam combination mechanism is analyzed and the solution of pressure angle is deduced. The factors influencing the pressure angle are discussed, which provides the basis for the selection of the design parameters of the gear cam assembly. With pressure angle as the optimization objective, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the mechanism.
