近年来,国内外研究者对马兜铃酸(aristolchic acid,AA)的深入研究显示,AA有明显的肾脏毒性和致癌作用。含AA的中草药及中成药较多,在我国应用广泛,大多数作为非处方药销售,甚至在保健品和食品中加入,因未引起足够的重视,不良反应屡有发生。本文参考有关文献,对应用含AA的中草药、中成药对肾功能损害或有可能致癌作用进行复习,旨在规范使用中草药及中成药,避免药物不良反应。
In recent years, domestic and foreign researchers on aristolochic acid (aristolchic acid, AA) in-depth study showed that AA has obvious renal toxicity and carcinogenicity. Containing AA Chinese herbal medicine and proprietary Chinese medicine more widely used in our country, most of the sales as a non-prescription drugs, and even health products and food to join, because not enough attention, adverse reactions occur frequently. This article refers to the relevant literature, the application of Chinese herbal medicine containing AA, Chinese medicine on renal dysfunction or possible carcinogenic effects review, aims to regulate the use of Chinese herbal medicine and proprietary Chinese medicines, to avoid adverse drug reactions.
