Point一说到减肥,多数人都会首先想到锻炼,尤其是跑步、骑车、爬楼梯这类有氧运动,更是被几乎所有的专家认为是减肥的最佳方法。在大家的心目中,锻炼就是做功,做功需要消耗能量,能量来自食物,吃下去的食物消耗不掉就会转化成脂肪,人就是这么胖起来的。这条逻辑链相当清晰,不可能有错。但是,很多人坚持锻炼了一个月,上秤一称却还是老样子,不免有些气馁。再上网一查,发现一罐可乐的热量需要跑2公里才能消耗掉,一个普通汉堡需要跑4公里,一大包薯条更是需要跑6公里才能耗尽。于是这些人很快就破罐破摔,不再锻炼了。
