“一带一路”战略的实施,为我国企业“走出去”创造了难得的历史机遇。作为共和国长子的国有企业理应成为推进这一战略的中坚力量,在“走出去”的过程中,如何开展好国际化经营是每一个“走出去”的国有企业面临的重大课题,而其中的财务管理国际化,便是这一课题的重要组成部分,本文在分析“走出去”的国有企业面临的财务管理形势的基础上,提出了国有企业财务管理国际化的应对措施,以期为“走出去”的国有企业在财务管理国际化方面提供建设性的意见。
