以蚕豆为试材,采用根尖细胞微核试验方法,研究了不同浓度的西芹水提液与未添加和添加环磷酰胺溶液对蚕豆根尖微核率的影响。结果表明:未添加环磷酰胺溶液时,不同浓度的西芹水提液对蚕豆根尖细胞微核率的产生没有诱导作用,平均微核率无明显变化,微核指数保持在1.3左右;添加环磷酰胺溶液时,西芹水提液对环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖微核率的抑制作用较明显,抑制率为52%~72%,且与其浓度存在剂量-反应关系,相关系数r=0.9048,其抑制作用随着西芹水提液浓度的增大而增强,表明西芹水提液具有一定的抗突变作用。
Using Vicia faba as test material, the micronucleus test of root tip cells was used to study the effects of different concentrations of water extract of celery on the micronucleus rate of Vicia faba root tips with and without cyclophosphamide addition. The results showed that: when no cyclophosphamide solution was added, the water extract of Celery did not induce the micronucleus rate of Vicia faba root tip cells, the average micronucleus rate did not change significantly, the micronucleus index remained at about 1.3; Cyclophosphamide solution, West celery aqueous extract of cyclophosphamide induced Vicia faba root micronucleus rate was significantly inhibited, the inhibition rate was 52% ~ 72%, and its concentration there is a dose-response relationship, the correlation coefficient r = 0.9048, the inhibition increased with the increase of water extract of Celery, which indicated that the water extract of Celery had a certain anti-mutagenic effect.
