医院国有资产是履行医疗服务职能、保障正常运转的物质基础,加强医院国有资产管理,完善国有资产管理体系是降低医院运行成本、提升国有资产使用效能的客观要求。资产清查能真实反映本单位国有资产占有、使用情况,也是医院开展国有资产管理的前提。本文提出了资产清查工作的具体方案和在资产清查过程中发现的问题,并就问题给出了相应的解决方法。
State-owned assets of hospitals are the material basis for fulfilling medical service functions and guaranteeing normal operation. Enhancing the management of state-owned assets in hospitals and improving the management system of state-owned assets are the objective requirements to reduce hospital operating costs and enhance the efficiency of the use of state-owned assets. Assets inventory can truly reflect the possession and use of state-owned assets of the unit, but also the prerequisite for the hospital to carry out state-owned assets management. This paper puts forward the specific plan of asset inventory and the problems found in the asset inventory process, and gives the corresponding solutions to the problems.
