目的探讨病案管理过程中的服务模式,理解主动服务的理念,提升管理工作的服务水平。方法通过优化工作流程、运用科学技术以及提升自身业务能力等多方面,将主动服务的理念融入管理工作。结果多种“主动服务”的工作方法行之有效,提升了病案管理工作的服务质量。结论主动服务的理念促进病案管理工作的内涵提升,更是对医院医疗服务质量和管理水平的提升。
Objective To explore the service model in medical record management, understand the concept of active service and improve the service level of management. The method integrates the concept of proactive service into management by optimizing work processes, applying science and technology, and enhancing its own business capabilities. Results A variety of “active service ” work method is effective, improve the quality of service of medical record management. Conclusions The concept of active service promotes the connotation of medical record management and enhances the quality of medical service and management of the hospital.
