Prospecting the development of communications in the 21st century is undoubtedly a century of broadband networks. For the Chinese telecom industry that is eager to catch up with and surpass the world standards, broadband also provides the most extensive stage. Major telecom operators represented by China Telecom, China Unicom and China Netcom have already started a strategic competition on this vast stage.
