本文主要围绕清代八旗官吏惩戒制度,分析其实行的原因,进而认识到清代的八旗官吏惩戒制度的优劣,以期对现代社会有一定的借鉴。
This article mainly focuses on the disciplinary system of officials in Eight Banners during the Qing Dynasty and analyzes the reasons for its implementation. Then it realizes the merits and demerits of the disciplinary system of the Eight Banners in the Qing Dynasty in the hope of learning from the modern society.
