家访是家校沟通的有利途径,需要在教师、家长和学生之间真诚沟通。本文提出家访沟通要多听多问和利用现场资源,进行现场教育等有效途径。
Home visits are a great way to communicate at home and school and require good communication between teachers, parents and students. This paper proposes that home visit should communicate more effectively and more efficiently by using on-site resources and on-site education.
