本文研究了Nb-Ni液相烧结体中液相的组成,固液反应及影响液相烧结的一些因素。实验表明,Ni对Nb表面的浸润性能良好,在1368℃时,浸润角为21°。液相组成经能谱分析及X光衍射分析表明它为NbNi化合物及Nb(固溶体)。试验结果指出,Ni的加入量对烧结温度影响极大,当Ni含量低于一定值时(在我们试验条件下为2%)不产生液相。本烧结体的组织为“重合金结构”。
In this paper, the composition of the liquid phase, solid-liquid reaction and some factors affecting the liquid-phase sintering of Nb-Ni liquid phase sintered body were studied. Experiments show that Ni on the infiltration of Nb surface good performance, at 1368 ℃, the infiltration angle of 21 °. The liquid phase composition analysis by energy spectrum and X-ray diffraction analysis showed that it is NbNi compound and Nb (solid solution). The experimental results indicate that the addition of Ni has a great effect on the sintering temperature and does not produce a liquid phase when the Ni content is below a certain value (2% under our test conditions). The structure of the sintered body is “heavy alloy structure”.
