今年十月九日是第十八届“世界邮政日”,万国邮政联盟执行理事会决定今年的宣传主题是,“邮政,向距离挑战”,它的涵义是要求世界各会员国努力做到邮政四通八达,缩短信息的时间与空间。为了纪念本届“世界邮政日”,我刊特约陕西省邮电管理局局长张作瑛同志、福建省邮电管理局局长林金泉同志为本刊撰文,刊载如下。
The eighteenth “World Post Day” was held on October 9 this year.
