电工钢亦称硅钢,具有铁损小、矫顽力小、磁导率和磁感应强度高等特点,广泛应用于电机、变压器、电器、电工仪表等电力工业。硅钢有热轧和冷轧两种。热轧硅钢成材率低、无法连续加工、耗电高、生产过程污染严重,在国外早已停止生产和使用,冷轧硅钢以特有的优势已完全取代了热轧硅钢。本文仅分析我国冷轧硅钢的生产现状,并预测2010年的需求。
Electrical steel, also known as silicon steel, has the characteristics of small iron loss, small coercivity, high permeability and high magnetic induction. It is widely used in electric power industry such as motors, transformers, electrical appliances and electric instruments. Silicon steel has two kinds of hot-rolled and cold-rolled. Hot-rolled silicon steel into low percent, can not be continuous processing, high power consumption, serious pollution in the production process, has long been discontinued in the production and use abroad, cold-rolled silicon steel has been completely replaced by the unique advantages of hot-rolled silicon steel. This article only analyzes the current production of cold-rolled silicon steel in China and forecasts the demand in 2010.
