阐述了第三代超级双相不锈钢SAF2507阀体的生产研制过程。SAF2507是超级双相不锈钢中含铬、钼、镍和氮的量都高于第二代双相不锈钢。在生产过程中及易出现气孔、氧化夹渣、裂纹等缺陷,造成废品率较高,焊补量较大。通过采用AOD精炼炉对钢液进行精炼,控制C、P、S的含量在下线,有效地控制N的含量,目前已攻克了难关且能够批量生产SAF2507阀门铸件及同类产品。
Described the third generation super duplex stainless steel SAF2507 valve production process. SAF2507 is super duplex stainless steel containing chromium, molybdenum, nickel and nitrogen are higher than the second generation of duplex stainless steel. In the production process and easy to appear pores, oxidation slag, cracks and other defects, resulting in a higher rejection rate, welding larger. Through the use of AOD refining furnace liquid steel refining, control C, P, S content in the offline, effectively control the content of N, has overcome the difficulties and can mass production SAF2507 valve castings and similar products.
