由国家科委奖励工作办公室主办的首次查新工作研究讨论会于1991年2月5日至6日在北京召开。国家科委奖励工作办公室副主任郭学武主持会议,19个情报单位的代表出席了会议。此次会议指定了19个情报研究所(中心)作为申报国家发明奖的法定查新单位。中国建材院技术情报中心是建筑、建材行业中全国唯一的指定查新单位,凡申请国家发明奖的项目必须由指定的查新单位查新并出据证明。参加会议代表交流了查新工作的经验和体会,讨
The first research work seminar organized by the awarding office of the State Science and Technology Commission was held in Beijing from February 5th to 6th, 1991. Guo Xuewu, deputy director of the Office of Rewarding Work of the State Science and Technology Commission presided over the meeting. Representatives of 19 intelligence units attended the meeting. The conference designated 19 information institutes (centers) as the statutory new units to report national invention awards. The China National Building Material Institute Technical Information Center is the only designated new unit in the construction and building materials industry in China. Any project that applies for the National Invention Award must be checked and issued by the designated new unit. Participants in the meeting exchanged experiences and experiences in new work.
