目的为了解洛阳市餐饮具集中消毒企业的卫生状况,为相关部门的监督监管提供科学依据。方法对餐饮具集中消毒企业进行分层随机抽样,然后对抽样的企业逐项检查并对结果进行统计分析。结果大型餐饮具集中消毒企业的厂区环境与布局、卫生状况、卫生质量控制体系和从业人员四项内容的检查的合格率分别是100.00%、83.30%、83.30%、83.30%,小型餐饮具集中消毒企业四项内容的合格率分别是95.00%、15.00%、25.00%、20.00%。结论加强对小型餐饮具集中消毒企业的卫生监督执法力度,督促企业建立完善的卫生质量控制体系,是确保消费者使用安全餐饮具的首要任务。
Objective To understand the sanitary condition of the centralized disinfection enterprises in Luoyang, and provide the scientific basis for the supervision and supervision of relevant departments. Results The qualified rates of factory environment and layout, sanitary condition, health quality control system and employees’ inspection of four large-scale tableware disinfection enterprises were 100.00%, 83.30%, 83.30% and 83.30% respectively, and centralized disinfection of small tableware The pass rate of the four contents of the enterprise is 95.00%, 15.00%, 25.00% and 20.00% respectively. Conclusion Strengthening the health supervision and law enforcement of small tableware disinfection enterprises and urging them to establish a sound quality control system are the most important tasks to ensure that consumers use safe tableware.
