至2013年5月,澳大利亚标准协会(SA)发布了面向法庭科学领域的AS 5388《法证分析》系列标准。AS 5388系列标准由4个部分组成,其涵盖了法庭科学过程的主要活动模块,包括犯罪现场证据的勘验、实验室分析、测试和检验结果的诠释,以及结果报告。通过结合澳大利亚法庭科学标准化策略和理念,分析了AS 5388系列标准的研制背景、研制过程、基本架构、主要内容和特点,并指出了该系列标准的体系结构和研制理念对于我国司法鉴定/法庭科学标准化工作的借鉴意义。
As of May 2013, the Australian Standards Association (SA) has released the AS 5388 “Forensic Analysis” series of standards for forensic science. The AS 5388 series of standards consists of four sections that cover the main activity modules of forensic science processes, including the examination of evidence at the crime scene, laboratory analysis, interpretation of tests and test results, and results reporting. By combining the forensic strategy and concept of forensic science in Australia, this paper analyzes the development background, development process, basic structure, main content and characteristics of AS 5388 series standards. It also points out the architecture and concept of this series of standards for forensic / forensic science Significance of standardization work.
