近年来国内外对γ-GT同工酶的基础理论研究在不断地深化,随着γ-GT理化性质、分子结构、分子量测定的深入研究,对其临床诊断价值也在进行探索。目前肝胆外科黄疸的鉴别诊断中尚未发现特异性γ-GT同工酶,而我院采用自行设计的DEAE-Sephadex A_(50)小柱层析法分离出肝胆外科黄疸病人血清中一种新的γ-GT同工酶。自1981年9月至1982年4月,对普外科住院病人中肝胆外科疾病70例、其他疾病51例的血清标本进行检测,发现血清中新的γ-GT同工酶在肝胆外科黄疸的鉴别诊断中具有一定价值。现报告如下。
In recent years, the basic theoretical research on γ-GT isoenzymes has been deepened at home and abroad. With the in-depth study of the physicochemical properties, molecular structure, and molecular weight of γ-GT, its clinical diagnostic value is also being explored. At present, no specific γ-GT isoenzyme has been found in the differential diagnosis of hepatic and gallbladder surgery jaundice. However, in our hospital, a new DEAE-Sephadex A_(50) column chromatography method has been used to isolate a new type of jaundice from hepatobiliary surgery. γ-GT isoenzymes. From September 1981 to April 1982, serum samples from 70 patients with hepatobiliary diseases and 51 patients with other diseases in general surgery hospitals were tested. It was found that the new γ-GT isoenzymes in serum were identified in hepatobiliary surgery. Diagnosis has some value. The report is as follows.
